Scrubber Cooling

Scrubbers use a solution to remove chemicals from gases within a tank. A scrubber must be cooled to maintain low emissions and high production levels. Heat exchangers and chillers keep the solution cool while the cooling tower water cools the scrubber. The drawing below shows a typical scrubber installation.
