250-Ton Cooling Tower

Cooling towers are essential for any industrial facility that relies on water to remove heat from machinery. In an emergency, rental units can also provide short-term and supplemental cooling capacity for cold storage, disaster relief, and power generation applications.

Temperature Control Rental Services (TCRS) can supply your business with a high-performing 250-ton cooling tower that will add substantial value to your industrial operations.

How Our 250-Ton Cooling Tower Works

A cooling tower system consists of four primary components — the tower, recirculating pump, fan, and fill material. The system operates by utilizing water to draw out excess heat generated by a machine's operating system and then cool the water via evaporation.

The process begins when water enters the process system and removes heat. The water then moves over the tower, where air travels past it. The blending of the falling water with air results in evaporative cooling. The heat transfers from the water to the air, which elevates the air's temperature and humidity. The evaporation cools the water down.

Finally, the recirculating pump propels the cooled water back process system to repeat the cycle.

Benefits of a 250-Ton Cooling Tower

Renting a 250-ton cooling tower from TCRS can provide numerous benefits for your business:
