Condenser Cooling

Condensers in manufacturing facilities use volatile chemicals. Proper cooling for condensers is vital to convert vapors to liquids; this prevents vapors from escaping. In the worst case, the vapors can be dangerous, so cooling system failure could create serious safety hazards and put the plant at risk for EPA fines.

During the summer months, the existing cooling equipment is stressed and may not keep up with demand, requiring cutbacks in production. Rental chillers can provide both backup and supplemental cooling capacity. The drawing below shows one possible installation.
